Got selected to do an online interview where you have to record videos of yourself answering a few questions. Sort of an awkward way to do the first round of interviews because you aren't talking to anyone but it makes sense for HR.

I applied online, it took more or less 1 mnth. Then I was contacted for a prerecorded interview, which consisted of 4 questions. I was given 30 seconds to prepare each question and 1 minute and a half to answer each of them.

Simple online interview and then you meet with the office interviewers. If you pass that round then its a super day, which is 4 interview back to back 30 minutes each
