Simple and pretty straightforward organized interviews where they ask you to come for several interviews at once which is nice from a candidate point of view. Downside is that each of them don't have a clue of what they should do at they ask the whole team to meet the candidate. They don't know anything about the role nor why they should ask you questions...very disappointing to see them struggling while you save and dedicate time to meet them. Overall amateurish feeling and not professional at all. Bunch of people coming and passing by without any serious skills for conducting interviews...waste of time overall. End of the process was even more meaningless as you receive an automated message from their hr platform managed by a subsidiary based in India.
