Applied online with CV and virtual cover letter, then interviewed in office consisting of 3 x 30 min interviews. The first two were behavioural/ transferable skills and the third was numerical capability
It was completely online based where they asks you about your internship and projects undertaken by you. They’ll then jump on to some technical related questions. Rounds of interview are 3- HR, technical and Basic interaction.

Two interviewers from the team interviewed me, they basically asked questions about the values of Blackrock. Those are the most important things to remember and the following questions are based on them as well.
