Call from HUMAN RESOURCE, Written test with Excel and fiance questions, 3 rounds of interview, interview with process head then final negotiation with HR. It is same as most companies followed in Delhi NCR.

Interview process went pretty fast
- email from HR to confirm salary expectations, desire to leave current employer
- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
- 4th additional interview with another Director of 45min
Always in contact with HR and organisation of meeting was easy and pretty straightforward. Interviews themselves were also pretty chill and normal interview questions.

I had received the call from blackrock HR and they asked for current employment details and then after a week they scheduled a interview for one of their hiring day and there were in total 3 rounds happened on the same day. All three rounds are technical rounds..
