I applied through a recruiting agency, which interviewed me first, which was followed by a telephone interview, which was followed by one on one interview. There were two persons who interviewed me, one VP and the other an Analyst himself. I did not receive any response for the interview for two weeks. Finally the recruiting agency was able to get the answer for me. After that the company wrote an email, the usual rejection that they were very happy but etc. etc.
