-Had to answer 3 online coding questions and had to submit a 2min video answering a random question
-About a month later got an email to interview in person at their office in San Francisco
-During the in-person interview: 4 interviews, 2 were technical and 2 were behavioral. 45min each.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Entretien
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
