The overall process was took a week in March/April. Was referred by a professor, after an unexpected phone interview, they flew me over, and offered the job next day. I got lucky too.
Everyone at the interview was friendly, yet kept the chat professional. I didn't expect to get the offer as it seemed to easy to be true.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Entretien
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
