Initial call from HR. Phone interview the next week and on-site 2 weeks later. Surprisingly quick, but the interview was very disorganized. Should've been a sign not to take the job, but I did, and quick a month later

Online interview through teams. 3 interviewers. Background questions and questions. There was no consideration for the experience and the knowledge. The interviewer was very nice and I enjoyed being interviewed. the interview was specifically for the job rather than for knowing me my skills and experience. And I feel that it was not enough.
