Two interviews. Both over the phone. I asked if there would be an in person interview and they said no, just come to their training session on YOUR dime. You won't be compensated until a few months afterwards and the compensation is given back as a $300 bonus. A flight and two nights in a hotel is more than $300. If you don't want to invest in quality workers by having ACTUAL in person interviews before just handing out jobs, then this model sounds wonderful. After asking for an in person interview and being refused, yet still given a "training opportunity", i was offered to meet up with their director for a cup of coffee. Not professional at all. I'm sure people are successful in this line of work but after speaking to people about the job, there is nothing with these magazines that make them stand out from one another. Just the generic copied magazine with a different face but tons of ads in it.
