Due round di assessment online seguito da colloquio HR. Diversamente dai soliti quiz online, Bending Spoons utilizza domande complesse basate su problemi reali. Non occorre prepararsi ma serve la massima concentrazione per l'intera durata del test (2-3 ore)

The interview process is divided more or less into 2 parts - the tests and the interviews. On average, I believe there are 2 batches of tests and 3 interviews. The questions on the tests check more for logical reasoning than technical knowledge and require a substantial time investment. The interviews check for your motivation.

Clear and fair selection process: the recruiting team has been available to clarify all doubts during the entire process, all the steps were clearly explained in advance and they were also flexible on scheduling the interviews

I was contacted by a recruiter who then followed me throughout the selection process. I then proceeded with the assessments and, later on, with interviews with recruiters and the team. I definitely appreciated that I was assigned a recruiter who would directly and regularly interact with me.
