I submitted an online application, and then received an email to chat with a recruiter. This call lasted about 30 mins. The recruiter was nice and I enjoyed chatting with her even though I didn't get the job. I'll apply again in the future.

It was very friendly. The interviewer explained why particular skills developed through my experiences are relevant to the role. The interviewer also explained why the company values soft-skills and how they play an important in their mission.
