J'ai eu deux entretiens avec 2 partenaires de la practice dont le leader des partenaires à Paris. Les échanges étaient simples et professionnels. Limite de transparence malgré la cordialité. Nous n'avons pas fait d'études de cas concret ou théorique.

Entretien
Their recruiting process is top tier. Very smooth and friendly. Also interviews gave a wide and clear picture of the company and culture. Communication was clear and timely. First they had an initial interview, then case and profile interviews and finally a partner interview.

Background, case work of relevant task for the position you are applying, profile interview that gives an idea what kind of a person you are (I felt the questions were good and felt I can answer and be just who I am), and partner interview just to give the final go-aheah.
