J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez BearingPoint (Stockholm, ) en nov. 2018
Entretien
1. Sent in my online application with CL, CV and university grades.
2. Did some online aptitude tests; numerical, deductive and verbal.
3. The first round interview consisted of two 1-hour sessions with two different senior consultants. The first person opened up with just one broad question, leaving it entirely up to me how much I wanted to develop my answer. It then proceeded directly to two different business cases with both purely qualitative and quantitative interview elements as well as integrated parts. From previous experience, I'm used to the personal interview part being at least 20-30 minutes with multiple questions and in a conversational style, as opposed to this 5 min intro question.

Entretien
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Pourquoi le conseil ?
Pourquoi BearingPoint et pas un concurrent ?
Le profil: qualités, défauts ? Comment vous (ou vos collègues) vous décririez ?
Applied online and had the first interview by phone.
Next interviews were in person and contained analytic, logical and math tests. Then two different case interviews, one more quantitative and the other more qualitative. Got some data to analyze, nothing complicated.
No personal interview, only case, felt a bit weird.
