Phase 1 of the hiring process for a legal internship in patent law. I submitted my application online through their career website and got an interview less than a week later. It was a generic 10 min interview with an HR rep, so I didn't really get a chance to ask specific questions about the internship itself. I'm supposed to hear back by next week whether I will move on to phase 2 (in person interview at the Bayer site).
