I was contacted by a Bayer recruiter after applying online and given less than 24 hrs notice of two times that she could do a phone screening. Both conflicted with my work schedule and when I asked if there was another time for a phone screen I received no response. I followed up with the recruiter and with Bayer and was told they would let the recruiter know I had reached out. A few months later I received an invite to a video interview only to be told that it was sent to me by mistake and to please disregard the invitation because it was meant for a different candidate. The next communication I received was the automated notification that the search was over. I understand that the hiring process involves a lot of work on both sides of the equation but I was really disappointed in the applicant experience for me.
