The hiring process was organised with support from an independent consultant. It was an assessment centre with practical problems. I answered a questionnaire well known in managers' evaluation (DISC). The duration of the process was at least of 6 hours. At the interview were present the Pharmaceutical Division Head and the CEE Regional Manager.

Had 2 panel-based interviews with typical behavioral questions and some questions based on my experience working with certain types of equipment. Overall, a straightforward process similar to other interviews I had done with the company previously and with other companies.

Situations where things did not go to plan and how you reacted.
Thorough with a ppt round followed by questions regarding the disease and molecule. In the ppt, one has to prepare it on the basis of an article provided as well as google research. There may also be a few HR questions.
Infelizmente o processo seletivo deles é bem rigoroso e utiliza algumas I.As para selecionar os currículos, o que torna até as fases iniciais bem difíceis, não fui selecionado e sem ser prepotente acredito ser por isso, mas faz parte!
