I attended an interview with the company and, while I appreciated the opportunity to discuss the role, I was disappointed by the complete lack of follow-up afterwards. After investing time in the process, receiving no response at all — not even a simple yes or no — felt unprofessional and left a poor impression. Recruitment can be busy, but basic communication is part of a respectful candidate experience. A short update would have gone a long way. I hope the company takes this feedback on board and improves its communication with candidates going forward.
