I was first contacted via email from an employee in their HR department, who did a 10-15 minute phone screen to gauge my interests and see who she should put my resume in front of. Within a week, I was contacted by an Engineer/Project Lead and had a phone interview set up the next day. After that phone interview, I had another technical phone interview scheduled the following day. They were very prompt and responsive to email through the whole process.
