I had a phone screening which was about 20-30 minutes long with the recruiter. She asked me questions about my resume and interests I had in the company. Then I had three 30 minute interviews with my manager and two other employees and it was very relaxed and straightforward. There were no tough questions it was basically just an easy conversation. I found out a week later that I got the job.
