Contacted by recruiter for a phone screening. At the end of that phone call the recruiter makes a decision about whether to pursue an in person interview. Later called back (month or so) to be scheduled for an in person interview. Interviewed for roughly 2.5 hours at their headquarters in Columbus, OH. 4 separate interviews with pairs of mangers of of varying levels within the company levels. After the in person interview was contacted around 2 months later with their decision for moving forward with employment.
