The first interview was actually a conference -- the manager gave a presentation to around 10 people, talking about the company and the position. Before the presentation, we were asked to fill out a form mainly about our background, and after the conference, we were asked us to fill out a survey. I did send a thank you email after the interview, but has not heard from them since.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
