They will call you if you post a resume on Monster. You have a first round interview, mine was individual but I have heard of group interviews. They will set up a second interview within one week. They will tell you that this is commissioned based, but there are other forms of income (bonus, trips, contests. . . ). They really drive home the idea that Bankers has been around since 1879, but they do not mention anything about their affiliation with Canseco. It truly is a churn and burn process.
