The process started with a large career briefing of 5-20 people. The top candidates are picked for another briefing going into more detail, then the top candidates from that briefing are selected for one on one interviews. The candidates are picked based on resumes, attentiveness, and professionalism.

They send you a text to confirm an interview. The interviews is online, on zoom. They send you the link. You log in 15 minute before. Then you are talking with the manager and they ask you questions.

Went very in depth into all the different possible ways that I could make money. Spent a full two hours on it and it was very exciting for an intern to have the potential to make just as much, if not more than the full time employees.
