It is a simple two part process. First you go to a briefing, in which the presentor provides basic information about the company and your role as an insurance agent. The presentor provides a relatively clear picture of the tribulations that you will face as an insurance agent. ie.) low income for the first 2-4 months. After the intial "briefing" you will get a call back-if you meet company standards-and have an opportunity to interview for a position in the branch. The second interview is more of a Q&A as to whether or not you truly want the job and if you are prepared to take on the intial financial hardships that come with the job. All-in-all the interview process is not very rigorous and honestly quite simple. If you are aware of the risks/rewards then the interview process will go smoothly
