The company's recruiter contacted me after viewing my resume online. I was called in for an interview, not knowing that it would be a group interview, where the company was introduced to me. This was more of a seminar rather than an interview. After the facilitator completed his overview of the company, we were to leave a copy of our resume and answer a brief questionnaire at the seat we sat. We would then wit to hear back from them by the end of the day to find out if we were to be invited back for the 2nd interview phase, which would be another seminar, but this time to highlight the compensation. If you were to be called back again for a 3rd interview, this would be an interview with yourself and the higher ups. A 4th interview would be one on one. I did not attend my 2nd interview because when trying to contact someone with questions pertaining to the company, I was never able to reach anyone accept the scheduling assistant of whom could not answer any questions. I tried emailing and calling, I left messages but was never returned a call nor email. I felt it uncomfortable to continue with a company that I couldn't contact to answer questions. If I were to sale their product, I thought of how my client would be treated if they had questions about their policy(s).
