The interview process includes 3 steps. Firstly, you are invited to attend an ''informational session'' where the branch manager provides an overview of the role. At the end of the session, you have to answer to a questionnaire. Secondly, you have to attend another session where the branch manager describe in more details the products of the company and the compensation plan. Thirdly, it is the one-on -one interview. P.S. You have to be willing to pay out of pocket the fees for the state insurance license.
