it was long, miserable and a waste of my time. No questions were asked of me. The man giving the interview bragged about himself the whole time. I'm not sure how I lasted through 2 days. If you do the whole process it takes weeks because they require you to get insurance education. Whole process reminded me of the dreaded Cutco interview

Degrading comments were made in a room of 20 people. Very unprofessional company.The man giving the "interview" treated everyone like he was doing us all a favor just by being asked to be there. He didn't care to know anything about us not did he ask any questions as an interviewer does. He mostly bragged about his life and trips he has taken. When I told the man that I wasn't going to proceed with day #3 of the "interview" he became insulting and upset demanding to know why. For some reason my polite reason that the company wasn't for me wasn't good enough. They will drop a bomb on you at the end of day #2 that you need to pay money for education in the insurance field. Some gets paid at the office to them and some to the place they send you.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
