J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life (El Paso, TX) en févr. 2015

The hiring and interview process at Banker's Life is broken down to 3 steps. The first is basically a cattle call with a generic PowerPoint, although the recruit implied it would be a one on one interview. The second was a video explaining the companies products in very little detail. The final step is a "interview" with a Branch Manager. I use quotes around interview because the only questions they asked were: Do you have reliable transportation; What motivates you; How quickly do you plan on getting your license.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was told that we were not allowed to ask questions until the one on one interview. (step 3) The Branch Manager did say at the end of the PowerPoint Briefing, "If you can't handled 100% commission, don't even bother coming back."

Very informative group interview. The company seems to have a great open door policy. I'm interested in seeing the future holds with this company. The training bootcamp seem to be a bit over kill but I'm sure I could use all of the training that's offered.

They start with a group information session to learn about the company and a little bit about the position. Then they set up an actual interview where you can ask more questions.

First thing to do when I get there is write down if I know anyone else who wants the job and their contact info. Then in the actual interview, there were barely any questions about me. I was the one asking the interviewer questions. Didn't really find out much about the company or average day of work. All they did was tell me how rich I can become if I work hard enough. Hmmmmmm..... seems like a MLM.
