The interviewing process is broken down into two separate days. The first day is a large group setting where the role is explain to you and they take questions from the group. If you were called back for a second interview, it is one on one with the manager.

Field recruiter reached out to me, told me it was a more of a management position but the interviewer would know more about it. I accepted, but the interviewer told me it was a sales job that is 100% commission pay. Other reviewers were right; it pretty much is a scam. They didn’t even give me a job description or anything. Not worth my time, I ended the interview within the first few minutes.
