J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life en juill. 2018
Entretien
The interview was a group briefing. There were maybe 15 people there and that's typical for most insurance agencies. We were asked to take a personality test and then given the company overview and made to believe that there was no way we couldn't be successful. A few people got up and walked out... the guy talking to us kept talking about how wonderful and successful he was in his first year and some of us were totally sold... They talk about the work/life balance and how wonderful all the free time will be. When you leave, they tell you that they'll give you a call for your one on one interview and how to on-board with the company. You have to pay several hundred dollars up front to get your classes and take the licensing tests and then you spend days glued to your home pc to get all of that stuff done in the time frame they give you. You end up working 12 hour days, sometimes more and if you don't work on Saturday and Sunday too, they act like you are a complete failure. If they like you, if you put in the effort, they will hold your hand and help you make lots of money... However, if you show the slightest weakness or someone doesn't like the sound of your voice, they will not help you and you'll make no money and they'll make sure that you fail and quit.
