The process was easy and quick. The hiring process was easy since it is a job based on commission alone there is a high turn over rate. You have to pass the state insurance license test in order to even start training here.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
