They reach out to you and tell you to come in for a first interview. It is not an interview at all. You spend about two hours listening to someone basically present the company and make it seem better than it actually is. They promote the position as not being a sales position, but compensation is all based on how many things you sell.

I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.
super easy asked at the end if I had a resume. Place cares if you sell and is 100% commsion.They want you to contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Around 20 minutes mostly speaking about the company as a whole. If you are outgoing you will get the job. Confidence as well easiest interview I have ever had. Very nice managers are not trying to trick you.
