They did not inform me it was a group interview, there were 4 positions and 5 of us. I was told it would be 30 mins, it was under 10. We were each given a packet of information and we watched a short video, we were told they were hiring for 4 different positions and they would be contacting us shortly about them, however, no real job-related questions were asked or interviews took place.

I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.
