I was scheduled for an "interview" and was told to dress professionally and bring a copy of my resume. When I arrived, there were 15 other people standing around holding their resumes as well. We were asked to sit in a conference room for about 10 minutes with no explanation until a manager came in and gave what can only be described as a "pitch" while he checked out each of the candidates. The only time we were asked to speak was when he had us stand up and state why we were looking for a new job opportunity. We were allowed 30 seconds each. After the very long "presentation" we were asked to fill out a 2 page form and told only those who were accepted into the next round would be contacted.
