First had a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. He then brought me along for a second group interview. Then I was invited for a third interview where it was basically just to accept the job.

First day, a 2 hour introduction to the company and products (12 prospects). Called back for 2nd 2 hour explanation of expectations and income potential (down to 5 prospects). Called back for a job offers and inboarding (3 chosen) and application process.

Seemed more of a sales pitch the first day. The return interview was more of a laid back question and answer period. Great opportunity to work for yourself and set your own hours.

Very laid back, told you how much possible potential and money there was to be made. Preferred hire is even more laid back. This is just my experience at this branch others might me different.
