Things started out with a quick career briefing to better understand the position and help me determine if Bankers had what I was looking for, after which I expressed my interest to pursue a career. Then, I was invited back for a one-on-one interview to see if I was the right kind of candidate for Bankers.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
