Called initially after I uploaded my resume to Monster. I showed up and listen to a very nice man give a talk on all that the company offered. Seven or eight of us were there, and after the talk, we were all offered to set up a time to interview. I set up a time to interview the next day. The questions were easy. They were mostly concerned with questions I had. They were very encouraging and speaking highly of my qualifications. I was offered the position, but was unsure if I wanted to take it, so he planned to set me up for a meeting the following monday. I cancelled because I didn't want to work for 100% commission and no benefits.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Question 1
Previous work experience and why I would be a good fit for the company

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
