J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life (Towson, MD) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I had three interviews with Bankers, the first being on campus and the other two were held in the office. The first interview was more of a screening and get to know you process and took about 30 minutes. The second interview was around three hours and was more of an explanation of the position along with questions as to how you would handle these tasks. Finally the last interview was more of a signing thing I believe but there were a few questions I had to answer first.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Interviews were more free flowing but they did ask to tell me about myself and what we want in an interview.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) en mars 2026
Entretien
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
