Group briefing, which is fine if professionally done, it was like watching a strutting rooster . Nothing wasa said about investment into your business, start up time, just a lot of fluff. I know the industry so I drew my own conclusions.

I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.
super easy asked at the end if I had a resume. Place cares if you sell and is 100% commsion.They want you to contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Around 20 minutes mostly speaking about the company as a whole. If you are outgoing you will get the job. Confidence as well easiest interview I have ever had. Very nice managers are not trying to trick you.
