I was called to come in for an interview. I was under the impression that it was one-on-one because I was not told otherwise. When I arrived, I was sent to a conference room with about 10 other applicants, many of whom were not professionally dressed. The gentleman who sent me an email requesting my presence was out of town so a woman filled in for him. She spent over an hour and a half going over what the company did. It was a huge waste of my time. They should've told me what exactly I was going to. The position was a sales position. They go around and knock on people's doors to try and sell to them. At the end of the long presentation we had to fill out paperwork and indicate if we were still interested. I was not. The pay is strictly commission based and they offer no benefits to their employees.

Field recruiter reached out to me, told me it was a more of a management position but the interviewer would know more about it. I accepted, but the interviewer told me it was a sales job that is 100% commission pay. Other reviewers were right; it pretty much is a scam. They didn’t even give me a job description or anything. Not worth my time, I ended the interview within the first few minutes.
