It was kind of a career briefing interview. Around 4 to 5 people were invited for the process and the interviewer briefed us about the company, its goals, kind of job role and many more followed by one on one interview with the interviewer. Job seekers from various fields were invited for this process. The company basically looks for candidates from different educational backgrounds and access how well they suit to the job role.
