It was very conversational but the recruiter asked me a lot of in depth questions. They wanted to make sure it was a good fit for both of us. I felt very informed after talking with the recruiter and believe they were very transparent throughout the whole process. I thought it was very fair.

First there is a group interview where the job is explained and all positives and negatives are put out. The second interview is one on one and only happens if you’re interested in the job.

Entretien
I was interviewed by the branch manager. I was also introduced to other managers and administrative team. I was given a tour of the office and was offered the position basically on the spot.

I was asked about my previous office experiences and recruiting and insurance background. We reviewed my skills, my educational background. Hobbies and interests. I was asked if I would be comfortable making calls to recruit new agents into the business.
