The initial meeting is basically a group information session where they impress upon potential interviewees that the opportunity to make money with them is uncapped and contingent only upon worker initiative and drive.
After the preliminary interview I was invited back for a second interview with the branch manager and another potential hire. This interview was more descriptive, but wasn't intensive at all. The manager did at least 75% of the talking. Again, the monetary opportunity was stressed more than anything else. It seems like type of job that would be good for someone who was interested in a career (they stressed that this was a career opportunity, not a job) in which they function more as an independent agent who make their own schedules and set their own goals.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
