I was asked to come in on Memorial Day for an interview. There were about 15 other people there and after about 20 minutes a guy came in with a Power Point presentation trying to sell the company. About two minutes into it, I realized that it was a 100% commission job, but decided to stay through the presentation. Was told that it would be a three step process, Monday, then Wednesday, and then Friday. I went up to the guy after the presentation and asked if the employees were paid for training, considering one of their "selling" points was the thorough and extensive training, and was told no. This is against the law, and want to waste weeks of someone's time to train and not get paid? What a joke!!
