One of their recruiters contacted me and invited me to a "Career Information Briefing". They were extremely vague about the position, insinuating that it was a management position. Once I got there I discovered that you have to spend time as an agent before that it an option. Understandable, but something you would like to hear from the beginning.
They basically just try to get as many applicants as possible. This location was boasting about how they were going to be one of the top ranked locations in the nation soon due to them adding so many agents. They give a decent pitch about the job, potential earnings, perks, etc., then ask you to fill out a form in order to come back for an actual interview. Twice during the process they ask you to provide the names and contact info for people you know who may be interested in the job, which strikes me as a little unprofessional.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
