Group interview, informative and engaging. The guy giving the interview was great, but this is a 100% commission job and not really for someone with a family, unless you don't mind never seeing them.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
