J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company (Boston, MA)
Entretien
I had a worst interview experience with Bain Shanghai at Bain's Boston office. Before my interview, I received an official invitation through email from Bain Shanghai informing me that I was going to have 3 case interviews for my final-round. However, when I arrived at Bain's Boston office 5 mins ahead of time, I found out that I was going to have only 2 case interviews instead. No one informed me in advance about this change. What's more, my scheduled interview for that day was at 10:20. However, I had to wait for 50 mins at the reception and had my first interview at 11:10. No one came to find me until I asked the front desk why it took so long. The sequence of my interviewers also changed. In addition, I received a phone call Friday evening informing me about my interview results from one of my interviewers. And I received another phone call Saturday evening informing me again about my results from the same interviewer. Besides, the interviewer even got really inpatient when you made a mistake. I did have good experiences in my first-round with Bain. So this was totally unexpected. I regret I give up opportunities in the US and choose Bain Shanghai instead.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

Question 1
Please walk me through how you would approach this case.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
