The process was custom made for the Israel Recruitment Process, but there are common elements.
The Interview sessions were divided for 2 days, each day 3 interviews.
The first session:
1 - Fit interview: 45 minutes divided for 8 questions regarding past experiences and future dealing situations. This interview was with a Manager.
2 - market size interview - market estimation question about 25 minutes and then a few minutes on personal questions. This interview was with an AC
3 - Full case interview - 35 minutes for the case and 5-10 minutes for personal questions. This interview was with a Consultant.
The second session:
2 full case interviews and fit questions with 2 different partners.
1 writing case \ slides interview and fit questions with a partner as well.
The process was really professional, the HR team was helpful along the way and the company hospitality was overwhelming.

Tell me about a time you faced a blocked road and how did you overcome it?
2 rounds, 1st round 2 small cases, not very difficult , market entry cases.
2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
