1. Submit the application on company website
2. Written test on campus: one hour to complete 20+ questions, generally easier than McKinsey PST but the bar would be higher as well
3. First-round case interview: 2 case interviews at Bain office with consultants/case team leaders
4. Final-round written case interview: 55 mins to prepare the presentation using ~20 slides of information + 15 mins presentation to the partner + 15 mins Q&A
They give you feedback super quickly after the interview. They called within an hour after first-round interview and two hours after final-round interview. It was a rather personalized experience, the HR was working hard on the weekend to make sure you get the offer ASAP.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
