Entretien
As a lateral hire, I first had a phone screening interview and afterwards two rounds of case interviews.
First round was 2x45 minutes case interviews, second round 1 written case and 2 normal partner interviews.
Cases were relatively structured, based on own experience of interviewer. Partner interviews were quicker paced and less standard.

Very structured process with case interviews and behavioral. Most easily accessed through on campus recruiting. Very structured and helpful that timing and feedback are quick and clear, recruiting typically runs on cycles, with consultant interviews in winter

Case interviews looking for qualitative and quantitative input
Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
